Short Summary:
Seeking a Manager for Production Support with a minimum of 4+ years of operations experience in a 24x7 high-availability production environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support troubleshooting client issues with high-level data analysis and project review.
- Apply production upgrades and support products and technologies independently.
- Provide services to agreed SLA’s and OLA’s.
- Work in an ITIL environment and support a multiproduct environment.
- Support and administer ATM Switch / Card Management / WEB Based banking System.
- Support Java applications and understand web technology.
- Knowledge of Linux environment is an added advantage.

Requirement:
- In-depth understanding of MS SQL.
- Core switching experience and knowledge with recent experience.
- Complete understanding of ISO 8583 and recent experience.
- Understanding of end-to-end transaction flow (issuing/ acquiring).
- Hands-on experience in release management, change management process, and incident management.
- Hands-on experience in customer management and handling.
- Proficient in Linux command (REN).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and email.
