- Learn Retail Execution processes and analyze business requirements to support effective digital solutions.
- Capture, document, and refine requirements, decisions, and key discussion points from stakeholder workshops.
- Create and improve user stories and acceptance criteria using modern AI-enabled tools.
- Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and Software Engineers to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Support solution testing, validation activities, and quality assurance before deployment.
- Develop training materials and assist business users during solution adoption.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements that improve sales effectiveness and user experience.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Early-career experience through studies, internships, projects, or previous roles.
- Fluent in English.
- Analytical and structured with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
