Senior Insights Analyst, Consumer/Telecom - Remote, must live in Seattle area

Role Overview

Lead the development of insights and storytelling and own the data analysis and reporting phases of our work. Insights Analyst / Insights Manager positions are accountable for:

• Presenting insights that address the client or industry�s needs.
• Proper application of analytical techniques & tools
• Creating client-ready materials on time
• Sound process & integrity of insights

The Salary Range for this position is $67,500 - $90,000. If this is not the right level for you, please check out our other postings. While this position is primarily remote, candidates should reside in the Seattle metro area and be available for occasional onsite meetings and local team gatherings as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of surveys/questionnaires to answer client objectives.
• Confirm data integrity and perform analysis to identify trends.
• Continuously monitor quality levels and manage quality problems.
• Design research instruments as necessary.
• Ensure quality of and approve programmed questionnaires, including communication with the programmer or programming vendor.
• Analyze research results and collaborate with the Client Management team member to interpret research findings and implications.
• Write headlines for reports or prepare deliverables that adds value to the client by relating the research findings to the business objectives in a manner that is clear, presentable and actionable.

Qualifications

• Location: Seattle metro area only
• Bachelor�s degree in a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years in business, market analysis, or market research. Prior experience supporting market research projects in CX, telecom, or online consumer platforms preferred, but not required.
• Must have ability to recommend research methodologies that address client needs and adhere to budget expectations.
• Must have above average communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must instill confidence with project team members and client contacts when communicating directly with clients.
• Must demonstrate strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis preferred.
• Must be able to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in at least 1 data analysis package (e.g. SPSS, SAS) required.
• Proficiency with Qualtrics

Where required by applicable state or local law, the base pay for this position will be no less than the applicable minimum wage. Actual compensation will be determined based on the applicable legal requirements, as well as the candidate's qualifications, experience, and location.
