About this opportunity:

You are invited to join us at Ericsson as a member of our Technical and Solution Sales Support team. In this role, your expertise will play a crucial part in influencing the pre-sales, design, and delivery stages of our customer projects. Your contributions will not only strengthen our relationship with customers but will also help position Ericsson as a trailblazer and leader in technology. Your insights and feedback are valuable in guiding our RandD team and will feed into the ongoing excellence of our products and solutions. This role reaches across both MA Domains and BAs and offers unique opportunities to work closely with the Key Account CTOs in the CUs.

What you will do:

- Understand and communicate the customer's vision while effectively linking it to Ericsson's products and solutions.

- Spearhead technical discussions with our clients, actively investigating their needs, and formulating suitable solutions.

- Offer specialized sales support for specific deals, encompassing the formulation of strategic plans, the management of customer workshops, and the analyze of market trends.

- Actively participate in promoting knowledge sharing within the team by disseminating best practices and insights.
