About this opportunity
Join our Radio Software Development team and help evolve 5G technology while contributing to innovation on the path towards 6G. We’re looking for developers with a strong interest in C++ to help develop software for Radio Units.
Location: Łódź, Poland | Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office
What you will do:
• Develop software applications primarily in C++ alongside Java-based test framework development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and test software solutions.
• Contribute to system design, software development, and comprehensive testing of Radio Units.
The skills you bring:

• Strong C++ programming skills.
• A good understanding of Linux-based development environments.
• Familiarity with 4G/5G wireless communications, especially 3GPP specifications.
• Familiarity with essential software development tools, including version control systems, build systems, and scripting languages.
• An understanding of agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with people inside and outside your team.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about emerging technologies.
