About this opportunity:
We are looking for Senior Digital Product Manager for our key solutions. In close partnership with Portfolio Strategic Product Managers (SPMs), you will own the solution-level digital roadmap and end-to-end feature delivery across multiple ARTs, ensuring these key solutions deliver measurable value for customers and Market Areas. You will lead Digital Product Management execution for your solution and act as the primary EDT counterpart toward Portfolio and key Market Areas.
What you will do:
- Work with Portfolio Business SPMs to translate solution strategy into a coherent, executable digital roadmap for your key solution.
- Lead a network of ART-level Digital Product Managers and Product Owners across multiple value streams to secure end-to-end feature delivery and cross-ART alignment.
- Own solution-level prioritization and trade-offs across ARTs within capacity and budget boundaries, in collaboration with the Head of Software Engineering and ART Leads.
- Act as the primary EDT interface to key Market Areas and customers for your solution: gather needs, manage expectations and escalations, and ensure value realization and customer satisfaction.
- Drive AI-enabled Product Management practices for your solution (AI-assisted requirement intake, backlog management, scenario planning), improving requirement quality and reducing rework.
- Define and track solution-level outcome metrics (adoption, NPS, business value, cross-ART predictability, quality and operational health) and use them to steer investments and improvement actions.
The skills you bring:
- Solid experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Solution Manager for complex digital products or platforms, ideally across multiple teams or ARTs.
- Proven ability to own and execute a roadmap across several teams and domains, handling dependencies and trade-offs.
- Strong stakeholder skills with experience interfacing with Portfolio/strategy, engineering, operations and customer/MA organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end feature delivery, from requirement intake and slicing to validation and value realization.
- Familiarity with SAFe or similar scaled Agile frameworks, and comfort working with RTEs, architects, SREs and QE leads.
- Interest and openness to use AI tools in Product Management to improve speed and quality of decisions.
- Experience in IT infrastructure, security, privacy, asset management, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, operating systems, R&D projects or IT projects.
- Experience with demand, repository or portfolio-management tools.
- Experience with vendor management, procurement collaboration and third-party software licensing.
- Experience with audit-readiness activities.
