Lead .NET Software Developer

We are looking for a Lead . NET Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of an insurance platform. This role combines technical leadership with deep implementation ownership across backend, frontend, cloud, and DevOps, while championing AI adoption into the SDLC with the help of a dedicated AI enablement team to drive practical, secure, and measurable usage of tools and agents around Anthropic Claude and the AI SDLC Factory. ResponsibilitiesBuild full-stack web applications and deliver end-to-end solutionsModernize legacy platforms incrementally towards modular architecture under AzureLead AI adoption within the team, driving practical, secure, and measurable usage of AI tools and agentsDevelop and maintain backend services using . NET Core, Entity Framework, and DapperDesign and tune databases, stored procedures, and queries in MS SQLImplement REST and XML-based APIsManage cloud infrastructure using Azure App Service and Azure Container AppsDevelop web application interfaces using modern frameworksEstablish CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation processesApply secure coding practices across the development lifecycleDocument technical specifications clearly for team-wide alignmentCollaborate with the team and manage time effectively to meet deadlinesRequirements5+ years of experience building full-stack web applications and delivering end-to-end solutionsProficiency in .
