Short Summary:
Lead company efforts to expand business operations in Illinois, providing home Adult Care support and services to older adults and differently abled individuals requiring in-home medical support.

Responsibilities:
- Expand business presence and hire clinical, administrative, and business team staff.
- Represent Entyre before stakeholders, including state agencies and clinics.
- Develop business plans to implement and deliver Adult Care services.
- Direct the establishment of the Chicago-based office and business presence.
- Provide strategic planning, operational management strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze laws and regulations to develop business strategies for client placements.
- Oversee office operations and personnel, working with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Identify and enhance family enrollments for eligible adult care programs.
- Direct office budget and report on enrollments, revenues, and industry developments.

Requirement:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Five years of consulting and/or business analysis experience within a healthcare or related environment.
