We’re looking for an Agentic AI & Automation Specialist to design, build, and deploy AI solutions across the different business areas of a leading commercial group, primarily using Google’s agentic ecosystem. You’ll build multi-agent architectures with coordinator and specialist agents, integrate AI tools through APIs, MCP, and A2A, and evaluate specialized AI solutions that deliver measurable business value. You bring 1–2 years of proven experience in agentic architecture, hands-on generative AI projects, and API/connector integrations. Experience with Gemini and Google Cloud is a big plus.

Responsibilities

Agentic Architecture & Solution Development

• Design, configure, and develop AI agents, including instructions, tools, data sources, and execution flows.
• Build multi-agent architectures with coordinator and specialist agents, implementing task delegation and agent-to-agent communication.
• Deliver proofs of concept and functional solutions, primarily within the Google ecosystem.

Integration & Connectivity

• Integrate agents with applications, platforms, and data sources using APIs, connectors, and webhooks.
• Participate in integrations through MCP and A2A, and evaluate interoperability between agents across platforms.
• Document the architectures and connections implemented.

Specialized AI Tool Evaluation

• Research and compare specialized AI solutions, assessing functional, technical, and integration capabilities.
• Analyze limitations, costs, and opportunities, build proofs of concept, and prepare technical recommendations.

Use Case Management & Implementation

• Gather requirements from business areas and identify automation opportunities.
• Track work plans, commitments, and deliverables; coordinate user testing and validation.
• Support training and rollout of solutions, and measure operational benefits and adoption.

Must-haves

• 1–2 years of proven experience in agentic architecture, building intelligent agents, or multi-agent solutions.
• Demonstrable participation in functional generative AI projects.
• Experience integrating tools, applications, or data sources through REST APIs or connectors.
• Experience building automations or intelligent workflows.
• Solid knowledge of LLMs, agent design, multi-agent orchestration, and task delegation.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Gemini, plus general knowledge of MCP and A2A.
• SQL and data source management.
• Fundamentals of authentication, security, and permission management.

Nice-to-have

• Hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Agent Studio, or Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Google Cloud experience.
• Python or JavaScript.
• RAG architectures and custom connector development.
• Integrations with Snowflake, BigQuery, or other data platforms.
• Process automation tools.
• Experience in digital transformation or enterprise process projects.
