Senior Frontend Engineer

The next great GTM company is being built in Barcelona

Enginy is a Barcelona-based startup and one of Southern Europe's fastest-growing companies ranked #3 in the Sifted 100: Southern Europe 2026, and we're just getting started.

We're building the AI-native GTM platform for modern B2B teams, combining prospecting, enrichment, intent signals, AI research and outreach into one product so sales teams can focus on what truly matters: selling. No wasted time, just results.

After raising a €5M seed round, we're scaling internationally and growing the team behind the product. That means more users, more data, more integrations and harder engineering problems exactly the stage where strong engineers have an outsized impact.

As a Frontend Engineer, you'll own the experiences our customers use every day: dashboards, campaign builders and reporting UIs that turn a powerful engine into a product people love. You'll work closely with Product and Design and help shape how we build the frontend as the company scales.

If you care about performance, craft and seeing your work in front of customers every day, you'll have plenty of room to make a difference here.

About the role

Our platform does a lot prospecting, enrichment, signals, AI research and outreach and the frontend is where all of it has to feel simple, fast and reliable. That's the challenge you'll own.

We're looking for an engineer who does more than implement designs: someone who owns features end to end and cares about quality, performance and developer experience.

Idea → design → build → ship → measure

What you'll own

• Customer-facing product: develop high-quality, responsive web applications with React + TypeScript

• Core UIs: own dashboards, campaign builders, reporting UIs and the API layers that support them

• Rendering & services: work on internal tools, SSR/edge rendering and lightweight Node.js services

• Performance: focus on speed, Core Web Vitals and a great developer experience

• End-to-end delivery: collaborate closely with Product, Design and Backend to ship complete features with a focus on quality, reliability and speed

• Engineering standards: help shape frontend practices, code quality and architecture as we scale

About you

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus

• Strong experience with TypeScript and React

• Solid understanding of modern web architectures and how the frontend talks to APIs

• Ability to work autonomously, debug complex issues and ship high-quality code

• Product and design sensibility you care about how things feel, not just how they work

• Strong communication skills and an advanced level of English

• Bias for action and ownership you thrive in a fast-moving startup

Nice to have

• Knowledge of UI performance optimization, design systems or a11y testing

• Experience with SSR/edge rendering and Node.js

• Basic exposure to backend work and relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)

• CI/CD practice with GitHub Actions

• Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling startups

• Interest in B2B SaaS, sales tech or automation tools

Hiring process

We've designed our hiring process to be close to real engineering work. No trivia-heavy interviews and no artificial take-home exercises — we focus on how you think through product problems, technical trade-offs, ambiguity, quality, and the use of AI as part of modern engineering.

One of our tech leads wrote about the philosophy behind it here:

What to expect:

1. Intro conversation: your background, your goals, and the environment where you do your best work.

2. Short practical task: based on a small version of our product. We care about prioritization, scope, reasoning and delivery within constraints. Use AI tools, just like you would on the job.

3. Technical/product conversation: realistic engineering problems, not stack trivia.

4. Final conversation: team fit, expectations and next steps.
