Engine is transforming business travel into something personalized, rewarding, and simple. We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as a critical strategic partner to our Founder/CEO, amplifying the CEO's impact and ensuring the Executive Leadership Team operates seamlessly.

Responsibilities:
- Amplify Impact: Act as a force multiplier, taking on operational burdens and executing special projects.
- First Line of Defense: Streamline the CEO's operational cadence and manage priorities.
- Trusted Confidant: Serve as a confidential thought partner for the CEO.
- Represent the CEO: Confidently represent the CEO in various internal forums.
- Ensure ELT Alignment: Drive the operating cadence of the Executive Leadership Team.
- Cross-Functional Communications: Facilitate discussions to drive efficient decision-making.
- Facilitate Key Strategic Forums: Prepare the CEO for critical discussions.
- Special Projects: Lead high-impact projects from ideation through execution.
- AI Enablement: Drive the adoption of modern AI productivity tools.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in high-growth environments, preferably within a technology startup or strategy consulting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative, humble, and able to command a room.
- Analytical and solutions-oriented with a data-driven approach.
- Proficient with modern AI tools to streamline executive reporting.
- Proactive, resilient, and organized, managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Strong relationship builder across all organizational levels.
