Short Summary:
As Manager Customer Success & Support, you will lead a team of approximately 11 people, focusing on creating a customer-focused operation, ensuring high-quality service, and continuously improving processes. You will work closely with Product and Development teams to address customer needs and operational priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Success & Support team and daily operations.
- Set clear priorities and coach team members.
- Manage performance, reporting, and capacity.
- Drive operational excellence and innovation.
- Coordinate incidents and escalations.
- Build strong relationships with Product and Development teams.
- Strengthen customer health and retention.
Requirement:
- Experience managing a Customer Success, Support, or comparable team in a B2B software environment.
- Strong people-management skills and operational mindset.
- Experience with KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to remain calm during incidents and escalations.
- Data-driven approach to problem identification and improvement measurement.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to work from the Assen office at least three days per week.
