Senior Brand & Digital Designer (Motion & Video)

About Encore AI

Encore AI helps enterprises turn customer interactions into revenue by scaling the expertise of their best people. Our platform analyses customer conversations to uncover missed opportunities, identify what top performers do differently, and turn those insights into AI that acts.

Through Wingman, we guide customer-facing teams in real time. Through Autopilot, our AI agents run customer journeys end to end across channels. Together, they help organizations improve conversion, capture more revenue opportunities, and continuously strengthen performance.

We work with banks, lenders, insurers, and other enterprises in regulated industries, bringing AI into complex customer journeys where trust, accuracy, and measurable business results matter.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Brand & Digital Designer to bring Encore AI’s story to life and set the visual standard across the company.

Our customers are banks, insurers, and large financial institutions. Your work will make complex AI capabilities clear and compelling, combining a distinctive creative voice with the credibility and polish these audiences expect.

You’ll build on our existing brand and push it further, turning complex technology into compelling visual stories. Across digital design, motion, video, and presentations, you’ll own the work from concept to final delivery, bringing strong creative judgment and hands-on execution to every project.

Your influence will extend across the company, from the materials we put in front of customers to internal communications and the platform’s visual language, working closely with product and engineering.

This is an individual contributor role with broad creative ownership. You’ll spend most of your time making, while building templates and practical guidelines that help others maintain the same standard. We’re looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, works independently, and cares about the details of everything that ships.

What You’ll Do

• Own visual quality and consistency. Apply and evolve our existing brand across internal and external materials, setting a high standard for everything the company produces.
• Design our digital presence. Rethink and redesign website pages, including our homepage and landing pages, shaping visual storytelling, content hierarchy, and responsive layouts in partnership with marketing and development.
• Create enterprise-facing materials. Design sales decks, proposals, one-pagers, case studies, reports, and event collateral that make complex products and business value easy to understand.
• Produce video and motion content. Take product demos, explainers, launch videos, and social content from concept and storyboard through design, editing, animation, and final delivery.
• Support company-wide design needs. Bring the same care to social posts, internal presentations, company documents, and executive communications.
• Connect the brand to the platform. Partner with product design and engineering to align the platform’s visual expression with our brand.
• Build reusable design systems. Create templates, asset libraries, and practical guidelines that help teams produce consistent work independently.
• Use AI in your workflow. Apply AI tools to explore ideas, accelerate production, and improve iteration while maintaining control over quality and detail.
• Lead projects through delivery. Clarify briefs, prioritise requests, present design decisions, and collaborate with external specialists when a project requires additional expertise.

Why Join Encore AI

You’ll have direct influence over how Encore AI is seen by some of the world’s most demanding enterprise buyers. With an established brand foundation and a broad range of work to shape, you’ll have room to bring your own ideas, improve our digital presence, and turn complex technology into clear, compelling visual stories.
