Job Summary

As the Commercial Contracts Specialist, you will serve as the primary commercial resource for Enable's sales team and the company's front line for legal intake and triage. You will draft, review, redline, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements to keep deals moving while managing commercial and contractual risk, and you will own the intake and triage of legal matters across the business — determining what can be handled internally versus what requires outside support, and managing the panel of outside counsel and advisors engaged to support the company.

This role combines hands-on commercial contract work with legal operations responsibility, and is well suited to someone who is a strong, practical negotiator and can move quickly between contract detail and broader legal-operations judgment calls.
