We are Emma – The Sleep Company. Founded in 2015, we have grown into the world’s largest direct-to-consumer (D2C) sleep brand, with a presence in over 20 markets and more than 35 Emma stores across Europe.

Our mission is simple: to develop sleep comfort products that empower our customers to awaken their best every day. Today, our products are trusted by millions and recommended by leading consumer associations worldwide.

It’s our people who bring this mission to life. At Emma, you’ll join a driven, international team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing. With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.

Ready to awaken your best with us?

What you'll do:
  • You will support the Global Process Excellence team on strategic projects and process improvement initiatives, gaining exposure to a broad range of operational and business challenges.

  • You will take ownership of defined project topics, supporting analysis, research, business cases and implementation while driving your tasks independently.

  • You will help us improve how we work by simplifying processes, documentation and tools, including exploring how digital and AI solutions can make our teams more effective.

  • You will work with different teams across the organization, turning insights into clear recommendations, presentations and practical solutions.

Who we are looking for:
  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
  • You are structured and analytical, and enjoy breaking down problems and finding practical solutions.
  • You take ownership, work independently and can be relied on to follow through on your commitments.
  • You are proactive, curious and comfortable learning about new topics and tools.
  • You communicate clearly, are comfortable working with data and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.

What we offer:
  • A competitive Package of 1250€ monthly (including meal allowance and Coverflex benefits)
  • Employee discount on Emma products for yourself, friends and family (applicable in all EU markets)
  • Private health insurance including dental care
  • In-house Portuguese classes from beginner to advanced level
  • A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals
  • The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team
  • Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA
  • To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events

Become an Emmie

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building an inclusive workplace. We celebrate diversity and consider all qualified applicants regardless of race, ethnic origin, religion or belief, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age.

Our aim is to get back to you within a few days. Due to the high volume of applications, there may be slight delays, but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
