Short Summary:
Join Emma, the world’s largest direct-to-consumer sleep brand, as a Fulfillment Operations Intern. Support day-to-day operations across Central European markets, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of customer orders.

Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day fulfilment operations across Central European markets.
- Work closely with warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Analyze logistics performance and key KPIs, identifying deviations and supporting improvement measures.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving delivery performance and operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation and optimization of logistics processes and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
- Take ownership of analyses and smaller projects in an international e-commerce logistics environment.

Requirement:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple topics.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Fluent in English; German or another European language is a plus.
- Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
