NET) to join a team delivering modern solutions for a client in the banking sector. You'll play a key role in designing and leading the development of scalable, event-driven systems in a highly regulated environment, while supporting the technical growth of the team and driving architectural decisions. Your responsibilities: Lead the technical direction of the development teamDesign and develop modern event-driven microservicesDrive architecture and technology decisionsCollaborate closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholdersEnsure high code quality and engineering best practicesSupport the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutionsRequirements:10+ years of experience with modern . NET3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior . NET Developer with technical leadership responsibilitiesExperience delivering solutions within banking, fintech, or other regulated industriesSolid understanding of event-driven architecture and KafkaHands-on experience with Azure, including services such as Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Application InsightsExperience with Docker and Kubernetes in containerized environmentsKnowledge of Redis and NoSQL databasesStrong communication skills and fluent EnglishNice to have: Experience designing distributed systems at scaleKnowledge of cloud-native development patternsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments
