Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leaders and engineering teams on the transformation. Redesign and modernize core technology platforms to support credit and lending processes across global markets. Enhance data quality, traceability, and governance within existing systems and models. Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality. Support the transition from legacy platforms to modern technologies. Key Requirements: Proficient in Python Full Stack Development. Strong database management skills, especially with PostgreSQL (Postgres). Experience with modern development practices and engineering mindsets. Ability to perform efficient code reviews with attention to detail. A pragmatic approach to engineering, focusing on effective solutions. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Claude AI tooling. Experience with Quantexa. Basic knowledge of DevOps principles.
