Key RequirementsDegree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar. If you do not have one but you are really good (and can show it), we still want to hear from you.4+ years of software development experience.
Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining highly scalable, reliable, and performant backend systems.
Knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and Object-Oriented Design.
Coding skills in C# .
NET, Java, and/or Go.
Knowledge of relational & non-relational databases (e.g: Aurora, DynamoDB, Redis).
Knowledge of cloud systems (e.g: AWS, Azure).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).
Good communication skills and fluency in English.
Availability to be part of the 24x7 on-call rotation.
Nice to HaveHands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) integrated into your daily workflow.
Proficiency in prompt engineering for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
Ability to work with different AI models and understand their trade-offs.
Experience managing multi-turn conversations with AI and iteratively refining solutions.
Skill in designing and implementing agent-based workflows for code review, testing, and architectural decisions.
Understanding of when to validate vs. trust AI output; maintaining code quality standards with AI assistance.
Experience using AI for rapid prototyping, test generation, and performance optimization analysis.
