OutSystems Tech Lead

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Tech Lead OutSystems to join a dynamic team responsible for delivering innovative digital solutions using the OutSystems platform. You will play a key role in leading development teams, defining technical architecture, ensuring best practices, and driving the successful delivery of scalable enterprise applications. This position combines hands-on technical leadership with mentoring responsibilities, making it ideal for someone passionate about both technology and team development. ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of applications built on the OutSystems platform. Define technical architecture and ensure alignment with business and technology strategies. Guide and mentor developers, promoting best practices and high-quality development standards. Review code and ensure compliance with performance, security, and scalability requirements. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Support the full software development lifecycle, including estimation, planning, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the evolution of development processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Requirements5+ years of experience in software development. Strong experience developing applications with OutSystems. Proven experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Senior OutSystems Developer role. Solid understanding of software architecture, integration patterns, and application lifecycle management. Experience with: OutSystems Service Studio and LifetimeREST and SOAP APIsSQL databasesWeb technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)CI/CD practicesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluent English. Nice to HaveOutSystems certifications (Associate, Professional, Expert, or Architecture Specializations). Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
