Outsystems Engineer

About this role: We’re looking for a Senior OutSystems Engineer who is versatile, enthusiastic, a great team player with a strong work ethic, eager to learn, and available to help others. What You Will Do or Key Responsibilities: Develop solutions following OutSystems low-code development best practices, ensuring solution performance and user adoption;Design and develop solutions with the team by following development processes (like TDD, BDD, code reviews);Produce and test code in short cycles with a high degree of automation;Gather feedback from end-users and adapt solutions;Focus on developing maintainable solutions that scale to thousands of users;Experience in designing and communicating high-level functional designs and solutions;Qualifications / What You Need To Succeed: Degree in Computer Science or other STEM courses;More than 2 years of OutSystems development experience and certifications;More than 4 years of software development experience;Proficiency in web-based languages: JavaScript, CSS, HTML;Programming with databases: SQL Server, Oracle, or Postgres;Knowledge in Database Modeling;Experience in Agile methodologies practices;Understanding of solution architecture and design, and web application performance;Good communication skills. Fluency in English, written and spoken, is essential;Good Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills;Strong quality orientation and attention to detail.
