What You'll Do:
- Lead Agile execution across complex, multi-discipline technical teams
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, reviews) that keep teams focused and effective
- Champion Agile maturity, helping teams continuously improve how they work
- Partner directly with Program and Engineering leadership to align priorities and remove roadblocks
- Develop and maintain plans, metrics, and dashboards that provide clear visibility into progress
- Communicate status and insights to stakeholders and customers with clarity and confidence
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile lead, ideally supporting technical or engineering teams
- Strong facilitation skills and a passion for building high-performing teams
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
- Prior experience in a federal or defense contracting environment is a plus

Required Skills

- Must be US Citizen due to the nature of work being performed
- Must be willing to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven history of technical contributions and understanding of the engineering process (Hardware and Firmware/Software)
- Strong background in Agile Methodologies with preferred experience in Scaled Agile Framework
- Established approaches in data capture and reporting to inform decisions and show status
- Fluency in data presentation tools such as Excel, Power BI, and/or other dashboarding approaches
- Relevant Agile Certifications (SAFe, CSM, or equivalent) - PLUS
