We are currently looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to join an international project for a customer based in Switzerland.

About the Role
We are looking for a strong hands-on engineer with expertise in AWS, Snowflake, data engineering, and enterprise solution delivery.
The role combines technical implementation, solution design, scalable data architecture, and close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
MUST HAVE
β 5+ years of experience in Software / Solution / Data Engineering
β Strong hands-on AWS experience
β Good knowledge of AWS core services, architecture, and serverless solutions
β Strong hands-on Snowflake experience
β Snowflake data modelling, optimisation, and governance
β Strong Python and/or Java skills
β Experience building scalable data pipelines
β CI/CD and DevOps practices
β Infrastructure as Code / IaC
β Experience delivering enterprise-grade systems end-to-end
β Strong stakeholder communication skills
β English B2+
Relevant experience with the following would be highly valuable:
β AWS Bedrock
β RAG solutions
β AI agents
β AI services and integrations
β AI-assisted development tools
Nice to Have
β Banking / fintech / financial services experience
