We are currently looking for a strong Kotlin Developer to join the development of a new accounting engine as the future core system of the client's platform.
📍 Locations: Poland, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan
🏠 Format: Remote
About the Project:
The client is developing a new accounting engine as the future core system of their platform. The solution processes business events such as invoices, receipts, and transactions, and generates bookings based on compliance and country-specific requirements. The first milestone is to map the German market with sufficient functional depth and migrate the existing solution to the new kernel.
The client provides architectural specifications, technical guardrails, and the technical scope, while the responsibility for successful implementation lies with the partner team.
Current situation:
— Technical concepts have already been validated;
— The necessary work packages and implementation steps are defined;
— The project can be parallelized and is to be implemented with an internal customer team;
— Architectural and technological specifications have already been established;
— The client is considering the establishment of an additional nearshore team with a clearly defined area of responsibility;
— For the nearshore team, a scope in the reporting environment is currently being considered.
📌 MUST HAVE:
— Strong Kotlin development experience;
— Experience with Spring Boot and AWS;
— Understanding of Event Sourcing Architectures;
— Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD);
— Experience or understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD);
— Experience in modern software development;
— Structured delivery and engineering excellence mindset;
— Experience with AI-supported development processes;
— English proficiency for project communication.
