About the role

Eli is looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to own the entire brand pillar: content, social, community, events, PR, and brand storytelling. You’ll be a team of one (with support from cross-functional teams), running full-stack brand marketing. If you love writing sharp copy, creating scroll-stopping content, capturing photo and video, working with designers, putting together high-quality events (think wellness retreats, not happy hours), and partnering with PR teams to get stories out, this role is for you.

You’ll be the voice of the brand: translating science into engaging content, growing community online and offline, and building a social presence with polish and personality. Your primary responsibilities will be to:

Copywriting, content strategy and execution

• Research, write, and publish high-quality, science-backed content reviewed by our medical team.

• Translate long-form writing into short-form assets for email, social, and founder-led channels.

• Create on-brand ad copy and content for performance marketing campaigns.

• Lead campaign strategy: plan and run DTC offers and promotions, and optimize them based on performance data with our User Acquisition Lead.

• Use AI tools to accelerate drafting while maintaining rigor and editorial quality.

• Support our B2B and Partnerships Lead to align messaging and content.

Community and events

• Grow and engage digital communities across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

• Design and run in-person events at wellness venues, retreats, and conferences where we host or participate.

• Work with founders and ambassadors to build trust, energy, and high-value conversations.

Social media, influencers and affiliates

• Own the social calendar, publishing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

• Repurpose content into social-native posts, reels, and videos.

• Manage DMs, comments, and feedback to ensure responsiveness.

• Partner with and brief influencers (macro and micro) to amplify reach and credibility.

• Grow the affiliate network: recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliates and creators.

• Own affiliate channel targets, run promotions, and optimize commissions and offers.

• Monitor performance, report on key metrics, and keep partners compliant.

PR and brand storytelling

• Collaborate with PR teams, including agencies, to land earned media and amplify brand moments.

• Ensure consistency of voice, visuals, and storytelling across all touchpoints.

This description is not exhaustive. We are looking for someone who wants to own the brand end to end, not one channel of it.

About you

• You are an excellent copywriter, with a portfolio that shows clarity, persuasion, and adaptability across channels.

• You have 5+ years of experience in brand, content, or social marketing in consumer health, wellness, or CPG.

• You have strong writing and editorial skills, with an eye for tone, nuance, and scientific accuracy.

• You are comfortable creating and editing visual content (basic video editing, photography, design) using tools like CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar.

• You have a proven ability to run affiliate programs, social campaigns, and influencer partnerships.

• You have created on-brand ads that drive engagement and conversions.

• You are a self-starter who thrives in early-stage, high-autonomy environments.

• (Advantage) You have a background in wellness.

If you don’t exactly match the description but still believe you are the right person to join the team, please reach out. We value mindset and character.

Why you’ll love working at Eli

• You’ll work with a group of talented and mission-driven people eager to improve lifelong health at scale.

• You’ll be part of the core team developing and commercializing the first product that monitors hormonal data daily and over a lifetime.

• You’ll join the early-stage startup phase and have a wide-reaching impact in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment.

• You’ll be part of a small (<25 people), high-performing, and diverse team where everything you do results in tangible impact and shapes the company’s trajectory.

• You’ll be in an environment where people drive their own work, think creatively about open-ended problems, and solve them proactively.

• You’ll get health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and more) to ensure you and your family stay physically and mentally at your best.

• You’ll have flexibility over your schedule and vacations. We seek to hire great people, then give them the autonomy and space they need to achieve their goals.

• Although our office and R&D facilities are in Montreal, we have a distributed team. We prioritize asynchronous workflows and minimize meetings to focus on the work itself.

• You and your +1 will have unlimited free access to the Bota Bota spa in Montreal to recharge.
