About the Opportunity
The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for driving business growth for ELGi North America Compressors with a focus on the online channel along with other sales activities, which may include order processing and CRM administration. This role requires an organized, customer focused problem solver with strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Essential Job Functions
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' needs and offering tailored ELGi solutions, while developing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts
- Strengthen ELGi's market position by effectively networking with relevant stakeholders in channel partners (with a focus on the Online channel), fostering relationships that drive business growth and enhance brand presence in the industry.
- Manage the process from lead to delivery by preparing necessary documents, coordinating meetings, tracking progress, contributing to effective product positioning to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business objectives. Administration of SPIFF programs and out of territory notifications for E-com orders.
Act as a liaison providing feedback to management on opportunities, competition, industry trends, and relevant market information.

About You
- 1-2+ years' B2B industrial / construction equipment sales
- 1-2+ years' working with any CRM or ERP system
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Should have proven track record of closing sales deals
- Interest in and ability to learn systems and software (Ex. ERP and Salesforce CRM)
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with a personable and engaging approach
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
