Short Summary:
The Associate Director of Business Systems & Integrations is responsible for the strategy, performance, and optimization of the technology ecosystem that powers the company's direct-to-consumer operations. This role serves as the primary business owner and product manager for cross-functional systems integrations, ensuring seamless order, inventory, fulfillment, and financial workflows across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary product owner for systems architecture, partnering with Ecommerce, Customer Experience, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external vendors.
- Own the end-to-end order management ecosystem, ensuring reliable and scalable integrations.
- Develop the long-term roadmap, identifying opportunities and new vendors to improve customer order experience and operational performance.
- Lead cross-functional management of order and inventory flows, ensuring seamless processing throughout the order cycle.
- Monitor order statuses, troubleshoot complex integration and fulfillment issues, and coordinate timely resolution.
- Lead systems planning and operational readiness for new market and fulfillment location expansion.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.
- 6-8+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, business systems, or systems integration.
- 3-5+ years leading cross-functional teams or enterprise business systems initiatives.
- Deep expertise with Shopify, ERPs (Netsuite preferred), middleware platforms (Celigo Integrator.io preferred), and third-party warehouse/3PL integrations.
- Strong understanding of order management, inventory management, fulfillment, and ERP workflows.
