1.PR and PO follow up and management.
2.Identify and solve the issue for delayed orders.
3.Analyze production plan and summary into reports.
4.Collaborate with Continuous Improvement Team to achieve projects objectives.
1.Collect and communicate on demands from US team.
2.Coordinate production plans with FG suppliers.
3.Coordinate shipping schedule with logistics team to ensure a smooth handover.
1.Capability improvement on production scheduling & key material replenishment.
2.Planning and Logistic Capacity analysis & leverage.
3.Closely work with Continuous Improvement team on Implementation of Supplier Tier Management.
4.Propose optimization suggestions or solutions on Tier Management instruction from practical execution.
1.Identify improvement opportunities on operation process and lead the optimization.
1.Maintain and update daily business operation data.
2.Based on actual execution, provide optimization suggestions for the data maintenance process.
3.Build a multi-dimensional analysis report suitable for business needs and development based on existing data.
- Bachelor Degree or above in supply chain, economy, etc.
- 1 + years’ experience in supply planning or supplier management, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Strong execution, analysis and problem-solving skills, detail focused, process and customer needs-oriented
- Good communication and cross-team coordination skills
- Basic planning experience & knowledge, be able to deliver initiatives & proposals for issues with planning sense
- Be proactive, be able to organize group discussion / meeting for solution address
- General read and written English
