Senior DevOps Engineer

Elementor is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help shape the infrastructure behind our global, multi-product platform. You’ll take ownership of critical cloud systems, guide architectural decisions, and work closely with R&D to make delivery safer, faster, and more reliable.

You’ll build and evolve our multi-cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD systems, and observability capabilities. You’ll also help bring AI-native tools and automation into our engineering workflows.

What we do

Elementor is where web creation happens. Our multi-product platform powers more than 13% of the internet, giving millions of developers, designers, and marketers the tools to build and grow their businesses.

From Israel to more than 160 countries, a new website goes live with Elementor every 10 seconds.

How we work

We’re AI-first, data-driven, and human-led. We build products that deliver real value through creativity, fast feedback, and open collaboration. At Elementor, you’ll work with people who care about the product, our users, and one another—and have room to make a meaningful impact.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve infrastructure that supports Elementor’s products at global scale, improving its security, resilience, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead the design and implementation of cloud architectures across GCP and AWS.
• Build and maintain production-grade Kubernetes platforms, including GKE and EKS, and improve their reliability and operational efficiency.
• Set technical direction for CI/CD and infrastructure as code, enabling teams to deliver changes safely and consistently.
• Partner with R&D teams to improve developer experience through automation, internal platforms, and AI-enabled engineering tools.
• Strengthen observability and incident readiness through effective monitoring, alerting, and operational practices.
• Identify systemic risks and bottlenecks, lead improvements, and share expertise across the engineering organization.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, including ownership of production systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience in production.
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider—GCP or AWS—and the ability to design and operate cloud infrastructure.
• A track record of building and operating reliable, highly available services.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Strong infrastructure-as-code experience, ideally with Terraform.
• A systems mindset: you can weigh trade-offs, diagnose complex issues, and turn recurring operational problems into lasting improvements.
• Clear communication skills and experience working across engineering teams.

It’s a plus if you have

• Experience supporting 24/7 services, incident response, or on-call operations.
• Experience developing Kubernetes operators or controllers.
• Familiarity with AI agents and applying AI to engineering workflows.
• Experience operating MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis in production.
• Experience improving infrastructure cost, capacity planning, and performance.
