ELEKS Business Analysis Office is looking for a Solution Business Analyst in Krakow, Poland.

ABOUT PROJECT

We are forming a new AI-Native Delivery Pod at one of ELEKS Business Units – a small, cross-functional team that builds software using AI-assisted and agentic engineering practices as a core part of the workflow, not as an add-on.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Designer
• Strong requirements-elicitation and discovery skills, including running discovery from scratch with a new or prospective client
• Familiarity with AI-Native / AI-assisted delivery approaches, or strong motivation to become fluent in them quickly
• Highly organized and mature working style – comfortable operating in ambiguous, pre-engagement situations with no existing backlog or documentation to lean on
• Strong ability to self-organize within a small team and help shape how that team works together
• Excellent presentation skills – able to present findings, specs, and proposed solutions in a way that impresses clients
• Genuinely business-oriented and creative: able to shape a solution that not only meets requirements but is compelling enough to help sell the engagement
• Advanced English proficiency
• UX/UI prototyping skills are a plus, especially fast prototyping with AI tools

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define business needs and business change drivers
• Manage customer expectations and translate needs into effective solutions
• Elicit requirements using different BA techniques (interviews, focus groups, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis etc.)
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying needs
• Document, analyze and prioritize detailed business requirements based on users and business needs
• Proactively identify improvements that would increase efficiency or productivity in work effort, processes or application features
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
• Plan and Coordinate BA team at the project if required
• Conduct BA team coaching and mentoring (subordinate RAs and BAs, QAs etc.)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices, as well as other procedures
• Develop requirement and other project documentation templates
• Conduct requirements audit
