ELEKS Quality Assurance Office is looking for a Senior General QA in Poland or Croatia.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a leading global mining company based in the UK. Their diverse portfolio includes iron ore, manganese, coal, copper, nickel, niobium, phosphates, platinum, and diamonds. The products they produce reside in the following areas: Platinum Group Metals (platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium, ruthenium, osmium); co-products (copper, nickel, cobalt sulphate, sodium sulphate, chrome, gold).

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years of experience in Automation testing
Essential: C#, TypeScript
Essential: Relational database experience (SQL)
Essential: UI, API, and performance testing
Nice to have: Microservices architecture
Nice to have: Aspect and CubeLogic, Databricks, Playwright + Cucumber, Azure DevOps experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, analyse and assess project requirements and specifications as well as product functionality to convert them into quality control process artefacts

• Prepare and acquire test data

• Develop, execute, refactor and optimize automation scripts

• Log and evaluate results and document deviations from the expected results

• Use automation scripts administration, monitoring, and management tools

• Provide automation test environment setup

• Review test artefacts developed by others

• Contribute to automation process control definition and improvement

• Provide new automation tools or approaches investigation and implementation

• Provide test documentation creation

• Communicate with a customer

• Implement and execute tests at all planned levels, log and evaluate results and document deviations from the expected results

•Create, validate, update test documentation (test cases, test plan, etc).

• Contribute to general project quality assurance process

• Analyse/improve/establish test process on a project

• Analyse coverage for project test basis

• Define relevant metrics for project

• Define, prioritize and estimate needed Test Efforts

• Measure performance of components and systems (if applicable)
