Senior Project Manager

ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Lviv.

ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a global software company, a technology partner for professional services firms, helping them adopt modern cloud and AI solutions to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and grow their business.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience working with enterprise customers and managing multiple stakeholder groups, including senior and executive stakeholders
• Strong experience in executing fixed-price projects
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability tracking
• Strong scope, Change Request, risk, dependency, and escalation management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Advanced English proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of the project
• Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plan throughout the project life. Ensure timely revision of project plan to meet changing needs and requirements
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, review deliverables and milestones prepared by team
• Forecast, track and manage project budgets, ensure timely invoicing
• Define, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
• Serve as liaison between company and client for overall project and support activities. Develop lasting relationships with client’s representatives that foster trust and goodwill
• Identify project resources necessary and partner with other company managers to acquire resources
