ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer in Argentina based in Buenos Aires. Working hours 10:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM ART.

ABOUT PROJECT The client is among the top-5 health insurance companies in the US. They are dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective health care and equipping their members with information and tools so they can make the best health care decisions for themselves and their families.

REQUIREMENTS

• Design user experiences and user interfaces for AI-driven applications and modernization initiatives
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Support the design of digital signature workflows and related user interactions
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business and AI-related requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Ensure consistency across screens, components, and design patterns
• Support implementation by providing design guidance and reviewing completed work against approved designs
• Proven track record of contributing to Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong experience with Figma
• Experience designing modern web-based and AI-enabled applications
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Strong understanding of UX principles and modern UI design practices
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience collaborating closely with development teams
• Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
