Title: Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Manager - Spain

Location: ES / Remote (ES)

## **About Us**

Educato is building an AI-powered exam tutor used by 100,000+ students worldwide. Our mission is to help every student learn smarter, score higher, and actually enjoy the process.

We’re now bringing Educato to Spain, and we’re looking for someone who can help us build and expand our presence across the country.

## **Your Role**

You’ll own Educato’s go-to-market strategy for Spain end-to-end, working closely with our global team to adapt our playbook to the Spanish market.

With your understanding of student life, digital culture, and Spain’s education ecosystem, you’ll shape our market-entry strategy—from identifying the most promising exams and student segments to launching creator partnerships, building communities, and driving sustainable growth.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• **Market research and strategy:** Identify high-potential exams and student segments, map learner journeys, and shape Educato’s local positioning. Build clear launch plans with timelines, priorities, and channel strategies.
• **Creator and partner growth:** Identify and secure collaborations with Spanish creators, educators, academies, universities, student organizations, and online communities. Maintain a structured pipeline and track reach, sign-ups, CAC, and ROI.
• **Social and community building:** Launch and grow Educato Spain across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Build and moderate learner communities and develop student ambassador programs.
• **Content launch readiness:** Ensure app-store listings, landing pages, FAQs, campaigns, and user communications are accurate, culturally relevant, and written in natural Spanish.
• **User insights and product feedback:** Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests with Spanish students. Turn findings into clear recommendations for Product and Growth, and close the feedback loop with users.
• **Post-launch growth and reporting:** Strengthen partner relationships, scale the channels that perform best, and report on key metrics so the team can quickly double down on what works.
• **Local market ownership:** Act as Educato’s expert on Spain, identifying emerging opportunities, regional differences, student trends, and potential barriers to adoption.

### **What You’ll Bring**

#### **Must-Have**

• Native or fluent Spanish, plus very strong English
• Proven experience with influencer or creator marketing and partnerships in Spain
• Track record of building and engaging online communities or social-media channels
• Strong understanding of Spanish digital culture and how students discover new products
• Comfort conducting user research and turning insights into clear actions
• Ability to own KPIs and make data-driven growth decisions
• Comfortable operating as a versatile generalist in a fast-paced startup
• Excellent prioritization, communication, and project-management skills
• Genuine interest in education and helping students succeed

#### **Nice-to-Have**

• Knowledge of Spain’s exam landscape, including PAU/EBAU—commonly known as Selectividad—MIR, EIR, oposiciones, university admissions, or other high-stakes exams
• Existing relationships with Spanish education creators, academies, universities, or student communities
• Understanding of regional differences within Spain’s education system
• Fluency in Catalan, Basque, Galician, or another language spoken in Spain
• Experience with paid social, performance marketing, or lifecycle and CRM campaigns
• Experience taking a product from 0→1 in a new market
• Basic creative skills using tools such as Canva or Figma, as well as experience with landing-page builders

### **Why Join Educato?**

• **Make a real impact:** Your work will directly shape how students across Spain prepare for important, life-changing exams.
• **High ownership, real support:** You’ll lead the Spanish market launch with the backing of a global team. We move quickly, learn from users, and continuously improve.
