We are seeking a dynamic Prime Partnerships Specialist to manage and expand our partnership portfolio.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a customer-centric mindset and a proven track record in project management. In this role, you will lead high-impact partner initiatives, identify new growth avenues, and adopt AI-driven insights and automation to scale operations, elevate campaign performance, and drive mutual growth. Crucially, you will operate with high agency and a strong desire to grow relationships, deeply understanding their long-term potential.

What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Prime Partnerships Specialist you will be in charge of:

• Partnership Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring high satisfaction, alignment with business goals, and sustained revenue growth.
• Campaign Design & Execution: Develop and implement joint campaigns to generate mutual growth for partners and eDO.
• Relationship Growth & Potential Realization: Take proactive ownership to evaluate partner ecosystems, understand their full potential, and unlock new partnership models. Maximize mutual value by deepening and expanding relationships using AI market tools.
• Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance and report key metrics such as sales growth, Prime Subscription rates, and overall revenue impact.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, brand, legal, and customer service teams to execute partnership campaigns.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in partnership management, partner success, or account management.
• Demonstrated high agency and ownership, coupled with a deep desire to grow partnerships and understand partner potential.
• Strategic thinker and strong negotiation skills with the ability to align partner initiatives with business objectives.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity applying AI tools to optimize campaign workflows.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German is a plus.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.
