Short Summary:
We are seeking an experienced dynamic, business-savvy, and collaborative Legal Counsel specialized in contract management to join our Legal Team based in Barcelona, to cover for a maternity leave.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting, review, and negotiation of a diverse array of contracts, including NDAs, supplier service agreements, and IT agreements.
- Oversee the intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks and domain names.
- Identify legal risks associated with contracts and propose effective strategies for risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide legal guidance throughout the contract negotiation process.
- Conduct legal research and provide analyses to support decision-making.
- Communicate with external parties to negotiate contracts.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting the travel and technology industries.
- Maintain an organized repository of contracts and related documentation.
- Participate in the creation and enhancement of internal contractual processes.
- Explore the integration of legal tech tools and innovative techniques to optimize workflow.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited law school.
- 4+ years of experience as a legal counsel in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Full professional competency in English and Spanish (French is a plus).
- Experience with commercial contracts and skilled in drafting and negotiating.
- Self-starter with a passion to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience in contract management tools.
