The Lead Analyst, Consulting (Research & Insights) is a senior, hands-on role within the Professional Services Research & Insights team. This position sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, client delivery, and team leadership. The Lead Analyst owns complex analytical workstreams end-to-end, translating large and complex workforce datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic client decisions.
