Senior Product Marketing Manager
$125-150K | Full time | Hybrid Phoenix or Remote USA**
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build eBacon's product marketing function and guide new products and features from development all the way to market success. This is the first product marketing role at eBacon. You'll work with product, sales, marketing, and operations so every release launches smoothly, is positioned well, and has the support it needs to grow.
This is a hands-on role. One day you might run a customer demo, the next you might build a performance scorecard or shape a new landing page. You'll also be the voice of the customer after launch, reporting what's working, what isn't, and what customers are asking for next.
We're an AI-forward team, and we expect this person to be too. You'll use AI tools every day to move faster on launch content, sales enablement, and customer research.
What You'll Own First
We have a pipeline of new features ready for release. Your first priority is getting them to market: building the rollout plan for each feature, preparing clients for what's coming, and training sales, support, and operations teams so they're ready on day one. Along the way, you'll turn that work into a repeatable launch process for every release that follows.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch and Go-to-Market

What Success Looks Like
We also have excellent benefits:
**All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment is contingent upon the ability to provide documentation verifying identity and authorization to work in the U.S. in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
Who are we?
eBacon is a financial technology software company located in Phoenix, Arizona. We create a lot of innovative financial solutions for the business world, with a focus on certified payroll and fringe benefit management for the construction industry. Our development team is in-house, so we’re always creating cool, new things to get the job done. We have won awards for customer service and for being one of the top companies to work for in Arizona for several years and counting.
The work we do is serious, and we work hard and take great pride in the help we give our clients, but we also don’t take ourselves too seriously. I mean, we do have a bacon strip mascot.

- Collect customer feedback and ideas after launch through interviews, surveys, sales conversations, and support data.
- Report regularly to leadership and cross-functional teams on what's working, what isn't, and what to do next.
- Partner with the product team to turn customer insights and feature requests into roadmap input.
- Use AI tools to speed up launch content, including webpage copy, sales materials, emails, and launch messaging, while keeping quality and brand voice high.
- Apply AI to analyze customer feedback, survey responses, and sales call transcripts to find themes and insights faster.
- Use AI for competitive research, market analysis, and building scorecards and reports.
