We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that drive operational excellence, service enablement, business transformation, and large-scale infrastructure initiatives across the organization. The role is responsible for defining program strategy, establishing governance frameworks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Program Manager acts as a key integrator between strategy and execution, working across operations, engineering, construction, technology, finance, supply chain, and business teams to enable scalable delivery models, improve organizational capabilities, and support programs ranging from service transformation and operational readiness to data center campus and infrastructure development initiatives.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the planning, governance, and execution of complex cross-functional programs that support operational excellence, service enablement, business transformation, and infrastructure initiatives.
- Define program objectives, scope, success criteria, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business priorities.
- Establish governance frameworks, operating models, reporting structures, and decision-making processes to drive effective program delivery and accountability.
- Coordinate and align stakeholders across operations, engineering, technology, finance, supply chain, procurement, construction, and other business functions to ensure successful execution.
- Manage program budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements, proactively identifying issues and driving timely resolution.
- Drive operational readiness, change management, process improvements, and adoption of new tools, capabilities, and ways of working.
- Support the planning and delivery of frameworks for data center campus, ensuring effective integration across planning, design, installation & commissioning, and transition-to-operations activities where applicable.
- Define and monitor KPIs, measure program performance and business outcomes, and provide clear executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and achievements.
- Facilitate alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and strategic decisions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to standardize processes, scale best practices, and improve organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in business, Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, PMO, or related leadership roles.
Skills:
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs in matrixed and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience in budget management, governance, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in multi-country environments (EMEA) service delivery, operational transformation, infrastructure, engineering, construction, data center, or technology-focused programs is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced program and project management expertise (PMO, Agile/Waterfall)
- Strong strategic thinking + execution capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to translate business problems into structured programs
