Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator. This is a full time, hybrid work opportunity based out of our Southfield, MI campus.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year.

Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.

What you’ll do:

The Sales Coordinator will provide comprehensive and proactive support to sales teams by reviewing contracts, managing prototypes, and handling service and surcharge pricing. Prepare quotations, maintain price files, and resolve customer issues. Provide additional assistance as needed. Support Sales Account Managers.

Manage pre- and post-production activities.
Manage prototype orders.
Assemble costs and generate service and prototype quotations according to established guidelines.
Develop internal and external relationships, primarily engineering, purchasing and materials personnel.
Lead contract review in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring commercial terms are approved.
Manage pricing in Oracle or SAP.
Resolve pricing, credit and delivery issues internally or with customer.
Use established processes to ensure system integrity.

Qualifications:

Required Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 3 years experience supporting sales teams

No relocation is available for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of Southfield MI to be considered. (Active Duty Military service members are exempt from this geographical limitation)

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP, SharePoint and Microsoft Office
Experience reviewing and approving customer contracts
Experience resolving customer and internal issues
Experience in sales practices
Knowledge of commercial/automotive vehicle industry, product lifecycle and customers
