Product Manager - Decision & Execution - Pilots
Over the last 30 years, easyJet has revolutionised European travel. With a fleet of over 300 aircraft flying 85 million+ passengers annually across 1,000 routes, we make travel easy and affordable. But what truly sets us apart is our generation easyJet culture—fuelled by forward-thinking, high-performing people who have a real sense of fun.
If you are a high-performing product leader ready to streamline flight operations and build sustainable, safety-first tools for our pilots, we want to hear from you
The Role: What You'll Do
· Sitting at the intersection of flight operations, safety, and technology, you will take full accountability for replacing fragmented manual workarounds with intuitive, connected tools that reduce workload on the flight deck.
· Shape the Flight-Deck Strategy: Own the product-level vision, roadmap, and delivery for pilot decision and execution products.
· Lead a Multidisciplinary Squad: Provide day-to-day direction to your cross-functional team across engineering, design, data, and delivery.
· Navigate Platforms & SaaS: Expertly manage enterprise SaaS vendors, balancing out-of-the-box constraints with custom builds.
· Translate Operational Needs: Turn real-world flight-deck pressures and operational challenges into clear, prioritised backlogs.
· Protect Flight Safety: Ensure all product development strictly meets the highest aviation safety, regulatory, and airworthiness standards.
What We’re Looking For
· Product Management Experience: A proven background shipping technology products in complex, multi-stakeholder digital environments.
· SaaS & Vendor Management: Experience navigating vendor roadmaps and configuration choices for enterprise software.
· Agile Mindset: A strong grasp of agile ways of working and a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
· Data-Driven & Tech-Literate: Confident using analytics to guide decisions, measure success (OKRs/KPIs), and challenge technical assumptions.
· Influence & Trust: An exceptional communicator skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
Bonus points if you have:
· An aviation background with familiarity in pilot workflows, flight-deck operations, or safety-critical environments.
· Experience with Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) technology or mobile-first apps for frontline crews.
· Exposure to real-time decision support, data feeds, or flight optimisation initiatives.
