Technical Account Manager – Romania

Help stop the acceleration of climate change by bringing farming into a data-driven future. At eAgronom, we help farmers reverse soil degradation, cut chemical overuse and reduce their carbon footprint.
We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager based in Romania. You’ll be the person who turns farmers into committed users of our remote data collection tools, earning their buy-in at onboarding and keeping them engaged through day-to-day support.
• Onboarding new farmers to eAgronom’s Farm Management System and teaching them how to use it
• Helping farmers use our remote data collection tools effectively, showcasing the value and earning trust.
• Monitoring IoT fleet management dashboards and troubleshooting issues before they affect farmers
• Keeping in regular contact with farmers to understand their needs and spot problems early
• Turning farmer feedback and issues into clear technical descriptions for our product and development teams
• Supporting our sales team
• Visiting farmers in Romania and Moldova who need hands-on help with our technology

• Native-level Romanian
• Professional working English (B2/C1 or higher)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to describe technical problems clearly and precisely
• Quick to learn new software and comfortable teaching it to others
• Willingness to travel within Romania and to Moldova from time to time • Customer support or account management experience
• Sales experience
• Teaching or training experience
• Background in agriculture or farming
• IoT or telecommunications experience
• Experience with, or interest in, ESG, voluntary carbon markets (VCM) or agricultural markets • Purpose-driven work: tackle climate change and agricultural sustainability, with a direct impact on farmers and the planet
