Our Client is one of the leading manufacturers of dental and oral health products. As part of the Company's strategic evolution, we are participating in the development of a new cloud platform that will combine the high quality of the Company's current intellectual property with the power of Cloud technologies. Responsibilities
- End-to-End UX Ownership: Independently drive UX topics from problem definition and requirements clarification through concept development, validation, detailed design, handover, and implementation follow-up. Work effectively with evolving requirements and multiple stakeholders.
- UX Scoping: Collaborate with other UX team members and stakeholders to scope UX requirements.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create UX-research–informed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
- Design Implementation & Quality: Work closely with development and design system teams to translate UX concepts into reusable components, provide detailed Figma specifications, review implementation, and identify and resolve UX/design inconsistencies during development and QA.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, other UX team members (including the design system team), software developers, and clinical experts to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the clinical application development process.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in tech and dental care to continuously enhance the user experience and push the boundaries of innovation.
SKILLS
Must have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience as a UX/product designer or interaction designer, including experience independently owning complex product areas.
- A strong portfolio of previous UX design projects, showcasing the designs and the process taken to arrive at the final solution.
- Experience designing complex, workflow-driven B2B applications, ideally involving clinical, medical, CAD/3D, engineering, or other technically complex domains where users make expert decisions.
- Experience working with a global multi-disciplinary team of UX professionals, Product/Solution Managers, and Architects/technical leads throughout the design process.
- Experience in choosing and applying various UCD methodologies such as prototyping, user journeys, user personas, etc.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for user experience best practices.
- Business English fluency is a must.
- Proficiency with design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch.
- Possibility to visit the office once per week.
