Senior Salesforce Healthcare Solution Engineer

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Healthcare Solution Engineers (EL4+) to support enterprise healthcare initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce expertise combined with hands-on experience in Java-based application development, Angular front-end technologies, and relational databases (preferably Sybase). The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to design, develop, and enhance healthcare solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with healthcare industry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce-based healthcare solutions. Develop and support Java-based backend services and APIs. Build and enhance Angular-based user interfaces and customer-facing applications. Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems. Design and optimize relational database solutions (preferably Sybase). Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing application maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare technology solutions. Ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.

SKILLS

Must have

• EL4+ level Salesforce professional with strong Salesforce platform expertise. 8-12+ years of overall IT experience. Experience working in the Healthcare domain. Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, Configuration, and Development. Proficiency in Java/J2EE, REST APIs, and backend application development. Experience with Angular or modern front-end frameworks. Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and database design. Experience with Sybase (preferred) or other enterprise relational databases. Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and external systems. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Application Architect, etc.). Experience with Healthcare CRM, member/provider management, or payer platforms. Knowledge of cloud technologies and API-led integration architectures. Agile/Scrum delivery experience. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.
