Senior Platform & Automation Engineer (Python + Tooling Specialist)

Project description

We’re evolving the full software delivery lifecycle—build, test, integration, and release—through targeted, incremental improvements that enhance reliability without disrupting existing workflows. This role blends strong software engineering and CI/CD expertise with hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and Linux, translating delivery requirements into actionable technical plans and enabling teams to ship faster, more predictable, and production-ready components.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal tools for release packaging, installers, and pipelines
• Support platform integration, qualification, and observability dashboards
• Collaborate with dev teams to improve component setup and delivery reliability
• Automate infrastructure deployment, configuration, and monitoring tasks
• Contribute to migration, cost optimization, and rightsizing projects

SKILLS

Must have

• Education background in Computer Science / Software Engineering
• Strong Python programming skills
• Linux expertise (CLI, scripting, troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration points
• Understanding of microservices and hybrid cloud/on-prem environments
