Senior Full Stack or Backend Developer (.NET & React)

Build software that runs real mining operations. See your work live on an open pit mine site. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer or strong Backend Developer to help build and evolve a large scale software platform used in open pit mining operations. This is not internal tooling or maintenance work. You will be building new features in a modern, distributed system where the changes you make are deployed into live mine sites and used every day by operational teams. Responsibilities

• You will join a cross functional product squad responsible for delivering new capabilities across a complex operational platform that supports fleet and equipment workflows in open pit mining. Your work will include: · Designing and building backend services using C# and .NET in a microservices and event driven architecture · Building modern React applications focused on clarity, performance, and usability · Owning features end to end from design through to production deployment · Working closely with domain experts to turn complex operational problems into reliable software · Contributing to architectural decisions, technical standards, and engineering best practice · Improving reliability, observability, and performance in a mission critical system

SKILLS

Must have

• Strong experience with C# and .NET
• Experience designing and building microservices and event driven systems
• Solid SQL skills and experience with SQL Server
• Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORMs
• Comfortable owning APIs, service design, and data models Frontend
• Strong experience with React
• Experience using modern component libraries such as MUI, Mantine, or shadcn
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or MobX
• A focus on building maintainable and user friendly interfaces

Nice to have

• Docker and Kubernetes exposure • Experience integrating with native or performance critical systems such as C++ • Previous experience in mining or industrial software • Experience working with open pit mining systems
