Senior Business Analyst - Temenos T24 Securities

Project description

We are seeking an experienced T24 Securities Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in the Temenos T24/Transact Securities module. The role requires a seasoned professional capable of driving requirements analysis, solution design, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery across complex banking initiatives involving securities products and related integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Business Analyst and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the T24 Securities module.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, testing teams, and vendors to deliver robust solutions.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions leveraging T24 capabilities and best practices.
• Drive requirements workshops, solution walkthroughs, impact assessments, and stakeholder discussions.
• Support functional testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production implementation activities.
• Work closely with interfacing application teams to define and validate upstream and downstream integration requirements.
• Ensure solution designs align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational processes.

SKILLS

Must have

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a T24/Transact Business Analyst.
• Hands-on functional experience in the T24 Securities module with strong understanding of securities products and processing.
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation, functional specification preparation, and solution design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business and technology teams. Key Competencies

• Good understanding of allied T24 modules, particularly: Lending Arrangement Architecture (AA) • Money Market (MM) • Forex (FX) • Limits • Accounting • Experience working on projects involving upstream and downstream system integrations/interfacing. • Familiarity with end-to-end securities lifecycle processing and related operational workflows.
