Responsibilities

• Architect and design data, software, or technology solutions by studying information needs; collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Work through all stages of a data solution lifecycle, e.g., analyze / profile data, create conceptual, logical and physical data model designs, architect and design ETL, reporting and analytics.
• Architect cloud-native data and reporting solutions leveraging Google Cloud technologies and modern analytics platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Data Engineers, and reporting teams to define roadmaps, standards, and best practices.
• Support migration from legacy reporting platforms to strategic solutions and contribute to platform modernization initiatives
• Provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and mentoring to delivery teams.

SKILLS

Must have

• Required Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Reporting, Analytics, or Data Platform solutions.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, or Technical Leadership roles.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale reporting and analytical platforms.
• Expert knowledge of data modelling (dimensional and relational).
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Technical Skills: Data Architecture
• Enterprise Data Warehousing, Data Platforms, Data Modelling, Data Governance, Metadata Management, KPI & Data Product Design Cloud Architecture
• Google Cloud Platform (preferred), BigQuery, Dataproc, Data Orchestration, Cloud-Native Analytics Services Reporting & Analytics
• Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense (experience with at least one), Self-Service Analytics, Dashboarding, Data Marts Governance & Security
• RBAC, Entitlements, Data Security, Auditability, Compliance Controls

Nice to have

• Banking and Financial Services experience. • Experience with AI-enabled analytics and conversational reporting. • Experience with cloud migration and legacy platform decommissioning programs.
