Responsibilities
- ▸ Testing & Analysis Execute complex end-to-end and exploratory test scenarios on integrated system targets. Perform intermediate log and network trace analysis to identify signal mismatches, protocol errors, and integration defects. Conduct black-box system testing across hardware and software components, ensuring integration-level coverage. Identify gaps between test specifications and actual system behavior; proactively flag inconsistencies. Own test report quality: ensure every defect is backed by clear, reproducible evidence. ▸ Defect Lifecycle & Coordination Own defects end-to-end: from initial analysis and evidence collection through to developer confirmation and closure. Organize and lead alignment meetings with developers and stakeholders to confirm defect validity and track resolution progress. Defend defect claims technically: present reproduction steps and log data to achieve developer buy-in. Coordinate across teams to determine fix timelines and prevent ticket back-and-forth. ▸ Process & Collaboration Apply structured testing frameworks (ASPICE or equivalent) consistently across all test activities. Operate effectively within an Agile/SAFe environment, interfacing with Functional Owners and Product Owners. Differentiate between documented observations and hypothetical scenarios at all times. Support junior colleagues with guidance on defect documentation and test execution practices.

Solid understanding of structured test process requirements (ASPICE, ISO 29119, or equivalent). Strong written and spoken English; ability to communicate technical findings to developers and stakeholders.
