Responsibilities

• We are looking not for executors, but for experts who willing to improve, optimize and make things lighter and better! Support delivery team with establishment and execution of internal and external processes including (but not limited to):
• Review of processes, identification of gaps and points to improve; cooperation with delivery management team on improvements actions
• Data gathering, aggregating and analysis for different program/project reports, KPIs, SLAs
• Support project management with everyday activities: reporting, tracking, preparing presentation materials on regular basis;
• Manage project meetings and updates incl. preparations, minutes and following up on actions;
• Information and Document management on Jira, Confluence, SharePoint;
• Accesses management on a project for internal and external stakeholders
• Any other project-related activities that supports optimal rpocess execution and enable management concentration on business grow and cooperation with customers
• Carry out both collaborative and individual tasks using your organizational, communication and presentation skills

SKILLS

Must have

• This role requires practical experience of 1-2 years working within a process-oriented environment, supporting project management or administrative functions (PMO, PMA etc.). The candidate will apply their knowledge to ensure structured and efficient workflow management. Hard skills expected include: - Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint, to create presentations and manage documentation. - Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as JIRA and Confluence to facilitate team communication and project tracking. - Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, charts, and pivot tables, to analyze and present data effectively. - Ability to quickly learn and incorporate AI tools into daily tasks to enhance productivity. Soft skills are essential for success in this role: - A self-motivated and proactive approach, capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Strong commitment to high-quality standards, punctuality, and meticulous attention to detail. - Attitude for organizing and streamlining complex or disordered processes into clear, manageable workflows.

Nice to have

German language B2+ - game changer and a very big plus. • Experience in working with delivery teams, understanding of SDLC • Familiarity with project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques • Understanding of Luxoft financial, hiring/staffing, procurement etc. processes • Management and financial reporting experience
